Connect:

If you have questions not included on the website, please contact us at matt@bordertowntrackclub.com. We encourage campers to bring their cell phones, but we will also provide you with an emergency contact in the event guardians need to reach their campers immediately.

Ready for XC camp?

It is our mission to serve a broad range of athletes. However, we recognize that you/your campers’ experience will be elevated based on their level of preparedness. We tailor what we do at camp around each athlete’s current fitness level, volume, and experience. The more running you do in the summer before camp, the better overall experience you will have. We will make every possible effort to make sure we are attentive to your physical, spiritual, and emotional needs while at camp. We cannot stress enough that we encourage communication, vulnerability, and candidness. The more honest our campers are with us, the better we are equipped to meet their needs. We hope it can be a transformational week for all.

Health:

We will staff an athletic trainer for the duration of our camp. The AT will be able to assess the overall health and wellness of our campers in the event of an injury or illness. There is a hospital across the street from the campus for emergency situations. Camp staff will always call the parents or guardians before taking a camper to the hospital unless the need for care is imminent.

Expectations:

On the first night of camp, all campers will receive a packet with the Border Town Track Club standards and expectations. Failure to meet these expectations may result in dismissal. Each camper must sign and date the rules on the first night of camp.

Transportation:

Campers are allowed to drive their own vehicles to camp but will not be allowed to access their cars at any time during the camp.

Personal Property:

We recommend initialing all personal property and ensuring belongings are always accounted for. Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of the camp or camp staff. If a camper notices something missing, please communicate that to camp staff immediately.
